Contact and corrections
Email is the best way to reach us. We read every message and reply to questions about the site and its data.
Write to [email protected]. If your message is about a specific item or chain, please include the page address.
Report a correction
If a calorie count, nutrient value or allergen on a page differs from the chain’s current information, tell us what you found and, if you can, where the chain publishes it. We check every report against the chain’s own source and update the chain’s data and its check date when a correction is needed.
What we cannot help with
We are not connected to any restaurant chain. We cannot take orders, answer questions about a particular restaurant, handle complaints about a visit or advise on a medical diet or food allergy. For those, contact the chain directly; each chain’s page links to its official website.
Suggest a chain
We cover the largest US restaurant chains by sales. Tell us which chain you would like added next; suggestions help us decide where to extend coverage.
Publisher
The company that publishes ChainMenus is identified in our privacy policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
