Taco Bell menu with nutrition and allergens
Taco Bell’s US nutrition information lists 188 menu items in 14 sections. Across all sizes they range from 0 to 1,010 calories.
Taco Bell publishes calories, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbohydrate, dietary fiber, total sugars, added sugars and protein for its standard recipes. Its allergen information covers all nine major allergens for 186 of the 188 items; see the Taco Bell allergen menu.
Values reflect current US formulations made with zero-trans-fat canola frying oil and standard portions. Taco Bell Express, multi-brand restaurants (with KFC, Pizza Hut or Long John Silver's) and locations outside the continental US may differ, and limited-time and test-market items are left out of the guide. Fountain drink values exclude ice, and sodium in fountain drinks varies with local water. Fresco Style swaps sauces, sour cream and cheeses for diced tomatoes.
Prices vary by location and are set by each restaurant, so this site does not list them.
