A comparison is published when at least three chains sell that kind of item. Items are grouped by what they plainly are; specialty items that do not fit a group appear only on their chain’s menu.

How to read a comparison

Each chain sets its own portions, so a “medium” at one chain can be a different weight or volume from a “medium” at another. Values are per serving as each chain defines it, and each row shows that serving (pieces, weight or volume, as published). Some chains give values for one wing, nugget or slice rather than a whole order, and some list catering or party sizes; those are marked and left out of the lightest and heaviest summary. Some chains do not publish every nutrient, so a blank cell means the value is not published, not zero.

Every row links to the item’s own page, with its full nutrition facts for every size, % Daily Value, allergens where the chain publishes them and the chain’s source documents. The Daily Values guide explains how to judge whether an amount is high or low.
