McDonald’s menu with nutrition and allergens
McDonald’s US nutrition information lists 119 menu items in 10 sections. Across all sizes they range from 0 to 1,950 calories.
McDonald’s publishes calories, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, potassium, total carbohydrate, dietary fiber, total sugars, added sugars and protein for its standard recipes. Its allergen information covers all nine major allergens; see the McDonald’s allergen menu.
The date on McDonald’s USA nutrition calculator and product pages is January 2022. It is still what the chain publishes, so values for newer or changed recipes may differ.
Values come from accredited laboratory testing, published resources and supplier information for standard formulations and serving sizes, rounded under FDA NLEA rules; actual items can vary. Fountain drink calories assume the standard fill with ice, and beverage sizes may vary by market.
Prices vary by location and are set by each restaurant, so this site does not list them.
Not published by McDonald’s
- Serving sizes (weight or volume) are not published per item
- Caffeine is published only for Refreshers and Energizers; McDonald’s says it does not otherwise publish caffeine levels
- “May contain” flags appear only on a few components (sesame on some buns, muffins and bagels; peanuts on M&M’S candies); there is no general per-item cross-contact matrix
- Dietary fiber (the “Dietary Fiber” value shown on mcdonalds.com) is missing from a few item records (e.g. 6-piece McNuggets, small Chocolate Shake, some fountain drinks); those variants have no fiber value

- Diet labels: McDonald’s does not label any US item as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free
- Combo meals, Meal Deals and Happy Meals are not listed as separate items; their components are listed individually

Questions about the McDonald’s menu
How many McDonald’s items are under 500 calories?
100 of the 119 items in McDonald’s nutrition information are under 500 calories at their first listed size, and 72 are under 300. Larger sizes, sauces and sides add to that; each section page has a calorie filter.
Which McDonald’s items are free of common allergens?
Of the 119 items in McDonald’s allergen information, 45 list no milk, 90 list no egg, 69 list no wheat and 79 list no soy, counting “may contain” as present. The allergen menu filters the whole menu by any combination of allergens; kitchens share equipment, so ask the restaurant if you have an allergy.
Does McDonald’s label vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free items?
No. The nutrition and allergen information this site uses carries no vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free labels from McDonald’s, so this site shows none. The allergen table on each item page lists what it contains.
How current is this McDonald’s nutrition information?
It was last checked against McDonald’s official sources on 8 Oct 2026. The chain’s own information is dated January 2022, which is still the latest it publishes, so newer or changed recipes may differ. Values change when recipes or suppliers change; the sources at the foot of this page link to the originals.
