Gluten-free items at Raising Cane's
Raising Cane's labels 33 of the 56 items in its nutrition information as gluten-free, in 2 menu sections. This page lists only items Raising Cane's labels itself; an item without the label may still suit the diet, but the chain does not say so.
Restaurant kitchens share fryers, grills and utensils, so a gluten-free label is not a guarantee for people with celiac disease; ask the restaurant how the item is prepared.

Calories and protein show the range across sizes. “Contains” lists the allergens Raising Cane's reports as ingredients, not cross-contact. Raising Cane's says it tries to identify ingredients that can cause allergic reactions but that cross-contact is always possible in its kitchens, and that suppliers may change formulations without notice. Fries may pick up egg, milk and wheat from the shared fryer oil. Fried foods are cooked in a soybean and canola oil blend; because the FDA does not treat highly refined soybean oil as an allergen, the chicken fingers and fries are not labeled for soy. Cane's Sauce, coleslaw and beverages are described as gluten-free, but gluten-containing products are prepared in the same kitchens. The fish allergen in the chain's items is anchovy.
