Vegan items at Chipotle
Chipotle labels 41 of the 90 items in its nutrition information as vegan, in 8 menu sections. This page lists only items Chipotle labels itself; an item without the label may still suit the diet, but the chain does not say so.
Chipotle is a build-your-own menu, so the labels apply to the ingredients you choose: a meal is vegan only if every part of it is.
Chipotle’s information is dated October 2024. It is the latest the chain publishes, so newer or changed recipes may differ.

Calories and protein show the range across sizes. “Contains” lists the allergens Chipotle reports as ingredients, not cross-contact. Chipotle's allergen chart flags milk (dairy), wheat and gluten (combined, since every gluten-containing item also contains wheat), soy and sulphites. Sulphites are flagged only because some items contain vinegar, where they occur naturally below the level that must be labeled. The chart does not reflect contact between foods during preparation. Chipotle says it does not use eggs, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish or fish as ingredients but cannot guarantee their complete absence in its restaurants, and limited-time or test items may contain other allergens. Flour tortillas contain gluten; guests sensitive to gluten can ask staff to change gloves, and corn items (chips, crispy corn tortillas, corn salsa) may carry traces of gluten from the field. Tell staff about any food allergy before ordering.
