Sonic’s US nutrition information lists 201 menu items in 27 sections. Across all sizes they range from 0 to 1,480 calories.
Sonic publishes calories, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbohydrate, dietary fiber, total sugars and protein for its standard recipes. Its allergen information covers all nine major allergens for 195 of the 201 items; see the Sonic allergen menu.
Sonic says its values come from an independent lab combined with USDA and supplier data, are based on standard recipes and averages, are rounded under federal rules, and can vary with suppliers, preparation and special orders. Regional items, test items and some limited-time offers may be left out of the brochure.
Prices vary by location and are set by each restaurant, so this site does not list them.

- Added sugars, potassium, calories from fat and caffeine are not published (the brochure only notes that each Refresher has about 45 mg of caffeine)
- Serving sizes and weights are not published for most items; drink sizes are given by name (Wacky Pack!, Small, Medium, Large, RT 44)
- Ingredient statements are published per component (sauces, buns, add-ins), not per menu item, so they are not included
- The allergen guide has no row for: Shark Bite, Mug Root Beer Float, Tropicana Strawberry, Diet Cherry Limeade, Cherry Garnish, Grape Add-In

178 of the 201 items in Sonic’s nutrition information are under 500 calories at their first listed size, and 120 are under 300. Larger sizes, sauces and sides add to that; each section page has a calorie filter.
Which Sonic items are free of common allergens?
Of the 195 items in Sonic’s allergen information, 87 list no milk, 127 list no egg, 119 list no wheat and 99 list no soy, counting “may contain” as present. The allergen menu filters the whole menu by any combination of allergens; kitchens share equipment, so ask the restaurant if you have an allergy.
